About
I am a photographer with a practice invested in pursuing a symbiosis between the directorial mode and socially engaged photographic practices. My work is centred around auto-ethnographic experiences and I direct my gaze towards producing constructed imagery conveying social commentary on issues such as homosexuality, sex, and queer identities. I have a Master of Fine Art (MFA) degree in photography from the Belfast School of Art and I am currently working towards my PhD with the research focussing on how photography intersects with homosexuality mediated by the duality of power and affect.
I am currently based between Dundee and Belfast.
